• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this Acceptable Use policy, including removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting them to law enforcement authorities.

7. Termination

Interactive Futures may terminate your access to the Services, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
